Are the checks different in Premium?
No. Every check runs the same way against the same published numbers for everyone, on everything you have entered. Premium adds room and conveniences; it changes no result.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Competency Desk recognises your Premium on this device. Your workspace itself is never sent to them or to us. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Move your workspace with a backup file from the desk.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with and access can be recovered from there.
